The Woods Hole Theater Company is holding auditions for "Nana's Naughty Knickers" a hilarious comedy by Kathy Di Savina, Sunday March 3 at 4 PM and Monday March 4 at  7 PM at the Woods Hole Community Hall.  

The Director is Don Dutton.  There are roles for five women and four men.  "Naughty Nickers" provides roles for actors who are seniors, or who can play seniors.

In this comedy with elements of farce, Bridget and her Grandmother are about to become roommates. However, what Bridget saw as a unique opportunity to stay with her favorite Nana in New York for the summer quickly turns into an experience she’ll never forget.

It seems her sweet Grandma is running an illegal boutique from her rent controlled apartment, selling hand-made naughty knickers to every senior citizen in the five borough area!  

Will Bridget be able to handle all the excitement?  Will her Nana get arrested, or worse, evicted!

Mr. Dutton is looking for two actress who can play older roles, one for the leading role, Sylvia, the owner of Saucy Slips, a grandmother in her 80's who lives like she is in her early 20s, and Vera, her aged accomplice who has hearing aids and a walker;  Bridget, in her 20's, her unsuspecting granddaughter and soon-to be-law student;  Tom, the newest cop on the force, who is happily assigned to the beat where Silvia's apartment is;  Gil, 60s, the landlord who is overly eager to rid himself of his aged tenants;  Heather, employee of Saucy Slips, looking for better opportunities, a modeling career;  Clair, the Big client, mid 60s;  Voice, the man at the front desk, slightly bored and always sarcastic. Two UPS delivery men, who could be played by either men or women.        

The actors will be asked to read from the script.  Production dates are May 9-11, 16-18,  23-25.
