Pretrial hearing Jan. 15.
POLA, GUSTAVO JEFFRE, 32, 23 Canary Street, Sandwich; assault and battery, vandalizing property. Pretrial hearing Jan. 28.
ROJEE, BRUCE M., 20, 72 Oxford Drive, Cotuit; domestic assault and battery (two counts), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, vandalizing property, assault with a dangerous weapon. Pretrial hearing Jan. 11.
