The three week share program ts $149. and spreads 5 pounds of fish over 3 weeks.
Do the math $149. divided by 5 pounds equals $29.80, So at current local market this is a 300% premium.

Your math isn't quite right. The three week share program has a variety of fish and shellfish. You get almost 4 pounds of fish for two weeks, a pound of scallops one week and the final week you get 4 lobsters at about 1 to 1-1/4 pound each.

If you average it out your getting about 9-10 pounds of seafood over three weeks, therefore your per pound price is $14.00. That's pretty good since you can't get this kind of fresh seafood at the store or your local restaurant. This is a great program and supports our local fishermen.

From their website:
Option 1: Sample Share $149

3-week program includes:

1 week of fish, 2.5 lbs total. (2) species featured, each filet (1.25) lbs.
1 week bay or sea scallops and 1.25 lbs fish (one species)
1 week 4 cull lobsters (1-1.25 lbs.) from Chatham or Cape waters depending on season
My math 2.5lbs + 1.5 lbs. + 1.25 lbs = 4.75 Cull lobsters have no claws do yo really think the tails would yield more than 5 ounces each?
Have you actually partaken??
You can beat this deal about anywhere,
