Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Overhill Rd. at 9:29 a.m.

Police served a restraining order on East Falmouth Hwy. at 11:43 a.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny on English St. at 1:59 p.m.

Police responded to a report of identity theft on Two Ponds Rd. at 2:20 p.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Chapoquoit Rd. at 4:05 p.m.

Police arrested Christopher S. Rodes Jr., 34 of Falmouth, while responding to a report of a disturbance on Alphonse St. at 7:16 p.m. Rodes was charged with open and gross lewdness and disorderly conduct.

Police arrested Romario Russell, 18 of Falmouth, while responding to a report of a domestic disturbance on Central Ave. at 8:26 p.m. Russell was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (ice ball).

Police arrested Theodore Malachias Vangerven, 50 of Falmouth, while responding to  a report of a domestic disturbance on Bahia Ln. at 1:12 a.m. Vangerven was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
