Surely he'll be filing similar bills with millions of dollars to benefit coal miners, neighbors of nuclear plants, and victims of climate change. And why stop with the energy victims? Shouldn't we compensate anyone who lives near a highway, wastewater plant, airport, fire station, etc? Bring on those state funds, David!

"Blowin" taxpayer money is right up your alley (continues supporting an $11 million capital investment that doesn't live up to expectations). It's one thing to try to justify, and to condone the suffering of your neighbors. Yet, when an attempt is made to correct a mistake (realizing some don't think it is) for the good of the 'fractured' community in Falmouth, Blowin has the gall to cynically, and unapologetically, disavowed the WELL INDENDED (& needed) legislative petition? Let's review the "Beatitudes" shall we? If not religious, let me offer the following words from the Inaugural Address of President Thomas Jefferson:

"All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will to be rightful must be reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect, and to violate would be oppression. Let us, then, fellow-citizens, unite with one heart and one mind. Let us restore to social intercourse that harmony and affection without which liberty and even life itself are but dreary things." I did try to send an email to the town manager, it came back. Bottom line, I did suggest asking David Viera to step in & try to to solve this mess we r in. The selectmen tried but it was over whelming to say the least. The turbines r a very expensive STUPID mistake, u know who u r, yet we still keep giving u a pay check.

The logic of the turbine builders and their supporters goes something like this; we (the world) are going to lose so many species because of climate change that the destruction from our turbines and infrastructure is the lesser of two evils. We should be able to kill off bird populations across the world because it is really in our best interests. According to them they have taken a higher road that will lead to our salvation.

What complete nonsense. This all in their best interests. If one buys into this twisted logic then why should we have any wildlife protection laws, wildlife agencies or conservation groups? According to them most of these species are going to die off anyway. This same logic is being used to ruin communities with turbines and let these cons run off with profits. Or maybe we take it even further and use this logic to start killing whom ever we want, after all people are going to die anyway.

Climate change may alter bird life in places but these turbines will absolutely slaughter off many rare protected species to extinction. It is already happening. Climate Change also means shifting precipitation patterns and changing ecosystems. Birds can fly and adapt, but not if they are killed off by turbines. And what about biodiversity and the important role birds play in our world? Where are the voices of reason? Where are the studies that will expose the hell we will have to pay for a turbine infested world? cont'd...........

cont'd..........First and foremost in this climate change debate everybody has to keep in mind the character of those behind this green madness. They receive incredible profits and have their own tailored "credits" from taxpayers. These carbon credits and production tax credits are actually diverted funds or stolen tax dollars that could be used for real solutions. Why is all this supposed to be OK? Then we have these same people that believe it is perfectly fine to rig science (universities), rig conservation groups and rig politicians with their donations. The we have all of their Wind studies that are routinely rigged for a desired outcome. Even Government agencies are rigged so these fine people get their free passes for their avian genocide, and of course they rig the media to keep meaningful stories away from the ignorant masses.

Recently we got to see another trick from their playbook, the parading of ignorant celebrities (Derek Jeter) in front of us from the World Economic Forum as their guest. All so they can muster support for their damn turbines and endear themselves to taxpayers.

Folks, this is what is going on. Wake up. It is 100% complete insanity. It is even more insane that anyone would ever BELIEVE A WORD from these people because the foundation laid by this industry was built with lies.

Ask them to produce contributions from wind energy sources. Ask them about the California condor deal that was made years ago, Ask them if there are any gag orders associated with donations they receive. Ask them about the compromises they made at Altamont where some 2500 golden eagles have been killed. Ask them why they do not say a negative word about wind turbines when for years up to about 1999, they did. Ask these groups about the mitigation money they get from wind projects. Ask them about wind the industry's hidden genocide and their routine use of bogus studies and mortality searches. Ask the about the all wind farm related golden eagle deaths in Texas that have never been reported. Ask them about all the missing whooping cranes since 2006. If you can get any answers let me know. Sorry but I can not write a book just to satisfy a fool. I've done the research and I am an expert. I am actually hoping to be part of a hearing in Washington DC some day to expose this terrible industry. The Nissenbaum study, released October 2012, indicates that adverse event reports of sleep disturbance and ill health by those living close to IWTs are supported. The study has not been refuted and is not refutable by prior studies.

Everyone in the Northeast and on up into Ontario needs to pay very close attention to what I am about to disclose. Guess who is standing in line for the their undeserved share of the wind project mitigation money? Hypocritical and parasitic wildlife conservation groups that should know better.

Cape Wind is actually a small ocean wind farm with 130 commercial wind turbines. The much larger site is the ocean south of Marthas Vineyard to Rhode Island . This site is in 3000 square miles of prime fishing grounds . I believe NOAA put the fishing industry out of business with catch limits in order to build over one thousand wind turbines. The fishing people think the first time a boat pulls up an electric cable Homeland Security will declare the entire area off limits.

The area of the 3000 square miles of wind turbines is in the main migratory route of all the birds from north to south every year.

The public has no knowledge of what is going to happen to the bird population of North America because of the failure of the liberal press to report the truth and the political contributions to our politicians .

Mitigation money keeps everyone quiet.

Here is a little more about cats from decades of observations in the field; cats in remote locations are eaten and killed by the native species. A feral cat's diet is in no way a threat or problem with many specialized species like shrikes, eagles and hawks, owls, falcons, cranes,seabirds and so on. With bobcats, coyotes, Mt lions, and eagles around cats do not have a chance. In all my years with many thousands of hours of wilderness observations in remote locations, I have never seen one feral cat, EVER. But I have seen plenty of these cat killers and cats that wander too far from the safety of communities disappear. Not only can these species easily kill a cat, they can out-compete them with their survival skills.
The primary bird problem with cats is in their association with people. Feral cats depend on people and communities. This is where they find their food and shelter away from these other species.
So let's just finish by putting this into proper perspective, the turbine vs. cat debate was all created from behind a desk for the purpose of hiding a terrible mortality problem associated with wind energy. It is the wind turbines that are slaughtering every indigenous bird species in their remote locations, not feral cats.

The avoidance of meaningful studies, rigging of methodology, and bombardment of propaganda in the media has always been in the industry's playbook. This fraud has been going on for over 25 years.
