Kit is a sweet, large brown tiger/tabby domestic short hair female. This girl is 10 years young, has beautiful soulful green eyes, tiger stripes and a little white fur on her muzzle and chin. She is a sweetheart who loves to be petted and will reward you with head butts and purrs. Kit readily greets visitors to her suite in hopes that she will get her fair share of petting and affection. At times she does appear to be a little bit lost and can't figure out why she is at the shelter. She was surrendered to People for Cats along with her friend Nala, who has since been adopted, when their owner's living circumstances changed. She is not too fond of her suite mates and might prefer to be an only kitty. The ideal home for Kit would be a quiet household where she can get the attention and care she craves and deserves. Since Kit is an older cat, the fee for adopting her is half of our normal fee.
