People For Cats: Prancer

Prancer is a sweet young kitty who is quite appropriately named for the season. He is a pale orange and white domestic short hair male. This young boy is medium sized, approximately 1 year old, and came to the shelter from a home with too many cats. He is a real love, being very sweet, gentle, and playful. Prancer was quite shy at the start, but has rapidly been warming up to being loving and friendly with people. He has had a tendency to hide within his suite, because he is not all that comfortable with the other cats. He has been making progress in adjusting to his environment and has become more outgoing. So we arenow seeing him make more appearances outside of his catcondo, where he gets pets and affection from our volunteers.

This handsome boy might prefer a home without toddler aged children but should be fine with older children. He is sweet and gentle, has a lot of love to give, and would be a good companion pet for almost any family.
