Bobcat Sighting Confirmed in North Falmouth

A bobcat was spotted on Teneycke Hill Road in North Falmouth Aug. 9, reports capenews.net.

A 33-second video posted online clearly shows the rare and elusive wildcat, lynx rufus, which appears to be intent on hunting a small prey animal.

It is the first time a bobcat sighting on Cape Cod has been confirmed with evidence, according to capenews.net.
