Two longtime Woods Hole eateries — one under new ownership — are both undergoing renovations this month.

The Landfall, which remained open weekends until New Year's, has been posting photos of its new glass-paned doors being installed and other off-season work being done at the waterfront landmark steps away from the Steamship Authority terminal.

Across the street at the former site of the Leeside bar and restaurant, renamed Quicks Hole Tavern, the new owners have been reroofing the three-story building and extensively overhauling the second-floor kitchen and dining room for a February opening. The first floor opened in November with bar service, snacks, soups and coffee drinks.
