Atria Woodbriar Place Unveiled Multi-Million Dollar Community at Grand Opening

The completion of a brand-new, multi-million dollar community at Atria Woodbriar Place, a Cape Cod senior living community, was celebrated with local elected officials and senior care experts at the community's grand opening event on Thursday, October 24.

Surrounded by 15 acres of green space with views of Jones Pond, Atria Woodbriar Place's amenities include a full-service spa and salon, indoor pool and fitness center, creative arts studio, and state-of-the-art learning center. The community also includes a gourmet restaurant and casual bistro.

Atria Woodbriar Place is seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED(r)) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and is the first Falmouth-area senior living community built with environmental sustainability in mind. Sustainable building practices used during construction included the use of environmentally-friendly paints and carpets and wood, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems and solar power-generated energy.

Atria Woodbriar Place is part of a larger Atria campus that includes Atria Woodbriar Terrace, which offers assisted living and Life Guidance(r) memory care. Combined, the two communities serve as home to approximately 135 residents and more than 155 employees. Atria expects to see increases in the number of residents and employees before the end of the year as the new Atria community grows.

Atria Woodbriar Place is located at 389 Gifford Street in Falmouth, Massachusetts. For more information please visit or call the concierge at 508-495-5500.
