Hello there! We are looking for a buyer for our small private center- based preschool, a school that has been our dream realized.  The school is highly respected in our community and has been a successful business for eight years. We are hoping to find a new owner with dreams of their own!  This new owner would have the convenience of a “Turn-Key” operation; literally opening the door to a fully realized, modern, clean, fully furnished and stocked preschool. The inventory includes an extensive arts & crafts supply, age appropriate books on every topic, and every play/learning toy and manipulative imaginable! The preschool is currently licensed by the State of Massachusetts Dept. of Early Education & Care, and has capacity for up to 24 children, ages 2.9 thru 6 years old. Most importantly, after this year’s Pre-K graduation in June, we will still have a loyal, dedicated group of approximately seven families, (plus younger siblings waiting in the wings) hoping for a new owner to provide continuity for their terrific preschoolers. 

Sea Stars Preschool is located in a quiet commercial space, at 24 Spring Bars Road, just off Route 28, at the east end of downtown Falmouth, on Cape Cod, MA. The school has a large completely fenced in play-yard with plenty of open, grass covered space, a variety of safe climb-on equipment with wood chipped fall zones, and a large shaded sandbox. Inside you will find a building four-years-young, containing a cheerful learning space (designed by me, specifically to be a preschool.)  Our main classroom has two full walls of windows,  providing bright natural-light year-round. We also have a library/smaller classroom with windows of its own, and a private child-friendly bathroom. There is a separate good size office/teacher space that includes a new stove, new refrigerator, and a sink, excellent for doing cooking projects with the students. The school has a large basement storage area directly under the classroom.
