Hidden Gem: The Village Cafe [VIDEO]

Discover a hidden gem in Falmouth that you may have driven by, all the while never knowing it existed.

Tucked away between an ice cream shop and a church, the Village Cafe on West Falmouth Highway is an utterly charming breakfast spot which opened its doors in the summer of 2011.

Stop in for a smoothie and a sinfully delicious sticky bun (a family recipe passed down to chef/manager Sarah Waaramaa); delectable breakfast burritos and an impressive variety of egg sandwiches, as well as fresh-brewed, organic coffee.

Patrons can grab their grub and go, but what's the hurry? There's plenty of room to sit and read the paper while you eat, and the cafe has a down-home, friendly atmosphere, along with tantalizing smells wafting from its open kitchen.
