Police arrested Winslow N. Weeks, 78 of Falmouth, while responding to a report of a domestic disturbance on Braeside Rd. at 7:22 p.m. Weeks was charged with assault and battery on a disabled person over 60 years of age, assault and battery with dangerous weapon over 60 and assault to murder.
