3rd Annual Bluegrass on the Lawn at Highfield Hall & Gardens

Highfield
Hall & Gardens will present its third annual Bluegrass on the Lawn concert on Sunday, August 4 from 3:00 – 7:00
pm. Three great bands will perform foot-stomping old-fashioned bluegrass music
for the whole family, food vendors and Cape Cod Beer will be on hand, and the
public is invited to picnic on the lawn. 
Admission is free for this rain or shine event; free-will donations are
appreciated.

The
headline band this year will be Chasing
Blue, a hot young ensemble which came together in the fall of 2008 as a
bluegrass ensemble at Berklee College of Music. Joining them perennial crowd pleasers, the Falmouth Fiddlers and a hot young band
from southern Massachusetts called Four
Bridges.
