Art Workshop: Painting on Yupo with Joe Vitali

Yupo is a waterproof, synthetic paper.  It is very smooth and bright white.  When painting with watercolor the paper must be placed on a flat surface or the paint will run off the paper.  The results of working on this new alternative paper can be amazing!  This day long workshop will include instruction on the use of yupo paper, demonstrations, and time for students to work.  The object of this painting will be a landscape.  Students will be supplied with the 22" x 18" sheets of Yupo and the watercolor paint.
