Joan Pearlman of New York City and Woods
Hole will give an illustrated talk titled “We’re Living on the Water” at the
Woods Hole Public Library on Monday, July 31 at 7:30 PM. Her exhibit of the
same name features photographs of Woods Hole house boats and is currently on
display in the main reading room of the Library. The talk will be an expansion
of the exhibit, as she projects even more of her photographic images and talks
about the process of capturing them. Viewing of the exhibit is available during
regular open hours at the Library, which include all late afternoons except
Sunday and also Monday and Wednesday nights. For exact open hours and for more
information, either call the Library at 508-548-8961 or visit the website www.woodsholepubliclibrary.org.
The photographs will be on display through July 31.
