Book Talk:Highfield & Tanglewood

Author Kathleen Brunelle who was born and raised on Cape Cod will give a talk at the Woods Hole Public Library about her recent book titled “ Highfield & Tanglewood”, about  the two Beebe estates built in the 1870’s on the hill overlooking Falmouth. Brunelle’s grandparents were caretakers of these “cottages” and she grew up exploring their many secrets. She will narrate the remarkable history of these two landmarks, only one successfully preserved for the future.

The book, which is lavishly illustrated and published by the History Press, will be for sale at this talk, which will begin at 7:30 PM

The event will be in the Library’s downstairs meeting room and is free and open to the public. For more information, call the Library at 508-548-8961 or visit the website www.woodsholepubliclibrary.org
