Falmouth Genealogical Society Monthly Meeting
Program: Annual Holiday Food Fest
On Saturday, December 14, 2013, at 10 AM attendees are requested, but not required, to bring a dish prepared from a recipe originated by an ancestor. There will be time for members to present a small biographical sketch of the recipe writer, or an interesting story about how the recipe came to be passed down and why it is remembered.
Copies of the recipes are always welcome, unless it is a highly guarded family secret! Finger foods are especially appreciated such as cookies and small appetizers, as well as cakes, pies, and other foods.
Space will be provided for attendees to display antique cookbooks for others to view. If members have other books or publications they would like to give away, please bring them along.
