Falmouth Theatre Guild presents "Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street"

The Falmouth Theatre Guild presents Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, at the Highfield Theater, Falmouth, from October 25- November 10.  Fridays/Saturdays 7:30pm and Sundays 2:00pm

This musical thriller, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and libretto by Hugh Wheeler is based on the 1973 play by Christopher Bond. It won the Tony Award for Best Musical and Olivier Award for Best New Musical.   
The lush score showcases Sondheim at his best, containing classics such as 
“Green Finch and Linnet Bird”, “Pretty Women” and “Not While I’m Around”.  

The show is directed by Joan Baird, music direction is provided by Roy Campbell
