Millions Missing CLC & CVEC ? CLC & CVEC Are they saving you money ? No one knows not even them ? Cape Light Compact (CLC) The CVEC, Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative, proclaimed its ambition to install up to 40 industrial megawatt wind turbines on the Cape & Vineyard. NIMBY used to mean Not In My Back Yard. Today NIMBY means Next It May Be You ! A review of the books of the agency has been denied because the Foxes are watching the Hen House. Where did millions of dollars slip away with no public disclosure ? Why is this so confusing ? Let's get Attorney General Martha Coakley to look into the mess and ask where the money went . Attorney General Martha Coakley is running for Governor of Massachusetts in the next election .Is she part of the problem or part of the solution ? https://sr-rs.facebook.com/KingstonReporter/posts/10151921719099874

The Massachusetts Public Records Law is being ignored by the CLC & CVEC. Cape Light Compact , CLC funded the Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative ,CVEC with $520,000.00 in 2007.The funding was done through a grant received from Con Edison to the Cape Light Compact. The question at large is when did the Cape Light Compact Governing Board approve any "assignment" to CVEC of the $520,000.00 in "grant" funds that CLC received from Con Edison Solutions. The Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative, Inc. (“CVEC”) was organized on September 12, 2007.CVEC’s formation stemmed from the members’ desire to develop renewable energy projects and use renewable energy projects to stabilize electric rates for ratepayers within CVEC member communities. Questions need answers.

CLC & CVEC News Today, we are faced with the prospect of the County Commissioners having once again taken a series of blatantly illegal actions in an attempt to veto an official request from the Assembly of Delegates to the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of the Inspector General for assistance in making appropriate inquiries into two powerful public agencies that operate under the direct supervision and oversight of the County Commissioners.
