      Article 25 & Parasitic Wind Turbine Truth   In April 2014 Falmouth town meeting members will be asked to appropriate close to one half million toward wind turbine project deficit and reserves.   Falmouth Town Meeting Members will be asked to vote on article 25: That the Town transfer the sum of $300,000 from certified free cash for the purposes of Article 25.   The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has notified the Town of Falmouth the wind turbines are out of state noise compliance regulations. The Massachusetts Superior Court has ruled the turbines are a nuisance.   The court ordered shut down is projected to cost nearly $300,000.00. The parasitic use of electricity from the local electric company has of yet has not been disclosed. Parasitic wind turbine consumption is the power the wind turbines needs to keep operational when they are shut down 12 hours a day and Sunday. When the turbines are shut down the heating, cooling, electronics, batteries, lights have to be kept operational. The parasitic electric use could equal over twenty five percent of the production. What's the secret ?   Folks your not getting all the facts. In addition the town must set aside almost $180,000.00 from the general fund to cover wind turbine expenses
