Barry Funfar Wins ZBA Case- Wind Turbines

December 5, 2013 Falmouth,Massaachusetts  Zoning Board of Appeals Agrees With Wind Turbine Victim Barry Funfar   Barry Funfar wants to live an ordinary life. Tonight Barry won his appeal at the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals that the Falmouth commercial wind turbines are a nuisance. The vote by the board was unanimous.   The Zoning Board of Appeals has overturned a recent decision by the Building Commissioner. The Town of Falmouth is looking at a future of more and more residents appearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals with more court action to follow.     Barry spent almost 2 years in the hell on earth called the Vietnam War. Barry spent the last three years of his life fighting for his health and property rights.   The ZBA agreed the commercial wind turbines are a nuisance and continue to take his health through a slow torture. This time right here in the USA in the Town of Falmouth. The Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals agreed his mental and physical health have spiraled downward since the turbines started spinning.   The house evaluation of his home has dropped 28 percent as a result of the wind turbines.   Zoning Board of Appeals Agenda

To: Barry Funfar , Thanks for giving up two years of your life in Vietnam. Thanks for being someone who stepped up to the plate when the country needed you. We all owe you a second Thank You for again stepping up to the plate to fight the illegal taking of your property rights and your health . Your sacrifice will save thousands of Massachusetts residents from losing their property rights and health. The tide is turning and our constitutional rights will be upheld through the court system . Never Give Up, Never Give In, Never Willingly Accept Second Best.

Thanks Barry.

Barry, people everywhere impacted by industrial wind and people fighting to stop a wind project before it can do harm (like me) all owe you a big "way to go" and "thank you" - all the other Falmouth fighters too. Every victory matters.

A small victory for the lunatic fringe. And a loss for the other 99.99% of other Falmouth residents. The Koch brothers will be pleased. Interesting to note that none of the 3 commenters above (Carson/Haggerty, Rosenthall and Heller) are Falmouth residents. Classic outside agitators.

The Town of Falmouth has taken much from these people. All the years of work and toil, planning and saving for retirement. Owning a home in Falmouth and appreciation of life has been taken in the last 3 plus years for the sake of commercial wind turbine economic disaster and health problem on up to 200 homes. Many residents in Falmouth are afraid to attend meetings or speak out publicly. They fear retribution by local officials over future permitting, upgrades to their homes which is understandable. We need to thank the residents that are fighting for their health and residential property rights. It's my hope more people will come forward as the courts get more involved in the next few months . Stand up for yourselves !

Dear Mr. Mrs. Smoke may the light of compassion shine on your soul and restore all the love and empathy in your heart for your fellow man . My God bless you with this gift .
Bill Heller December 06, 2013 at 03:07 PM
Dear Mr. Smoke: Yes, I am not a Falmouth or even a MA resident. But like it or not, the world is watching what happens here. The same health issues that the wind turbine neighbors are experiencing in Falmouth hold true at hundreds of other industrial wind installations around the world. People are suffering, and their property rights have been ripped away. With Twitter, Facebook, etc., thousands of people living around the globe who have been impacted by industrial wind now know each other and communicate, even though we will all probably never meet or speak live to each other. This fact alone makes it impossible for the wind industry to claim that any case is a unique situation, and that's a good thing.

Tenacity, your name is Barry Funfar. Thank you for protecting your well being and your rights. As Mr. Heller notes, those of us who are affected by the scourge of utility scale wind turbines have all been watching not only Falmouth, MA but all over the world where people fight against the insanity of large scale wind power.
