The town should admit it made a huge errors on the turbines.  If it spent half the time and money correcting the error that it does fighting it the families could be in peace.

The Town of Falmouth has two members of the Select Board that are appointed state members of the Massachusetts State Democratic Platform Committee. The platform calls for a war on fossil fuels. The Falmouth Select Board is taking its orders from the state level Platform agenda of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020. The Falmouth Select Board with no public comment made a decision to go to court a second time on whose orders ? Not the people of Falmouth. All these legal moves have been designed to stall the wind victims so the state can achieve the renewable energy goal. The state has sewed Falmouth into two financial deals . A one million dollar loan on Wind 1 and a 5.2 Million dollar loan on Wind 2 - The residents of Falmouth have lost control of their town to the Massachusetts renewable energy goal

Falmouth is hopelessly corrupted in both the select board and most definately the Board of Health. They are still employing the 3 main contributors to this debacle in spite of massively self serving behavior that has proven an enormous mistake all around. Assistant Town manager Heather Harper, energy comittee diva and renewables company director Megan Amsler and the ever loyal political hack Mary Pat Flynn remain in place and will hold on to their lack of responsibility to the death. Which solves nothing of course. Old money old friends and special interests abound. In spite of this mess common sense has prevailed with some smarter and more realistic officials that sit on the Board of Appeals. Thank God for their willingness to support the laws of the land and bylaws of the town. Too bad they will be paying the price of being sued by the very town they try so hard to protect from corruption... What a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive....At least there are a few officials with a shred of ethics left...but the higher ups seem determined to punish them for that too. Dealing with Falmouth has become little more than a political crap shoot. I look forward to the day I can be divorced from town hall..If that ever happens!

It shall be the duty of each such grand jury impaneled within any judicial district to inquire into offenses against the criminal laws of the United States alleged to have been committed within that district.

Falmouth residents can request a Federal Grand Jury http://us-code.vlex.com/vid/sec-powers-and-duties-19192094
