On March 26 , 2014 the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) Board of
Directors approved up to $1.8 million to fund the court ordered shut down of the
loud commercial megawatt turbines hurting local Falmouth residents.

 The turbines
are out of state noise regulatory compliance and the Massachusetts Superior
Court has an injunction against the operation of the turbines.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center has proposed funding the illegal
operation of the wind turbines.

The Town of Falmouth was asked about the documents only a few days away from
Falmouth Town Meeting April 7,2014

As of yesterday April 2, 2014 a spokesperson for the Town of Falmouth stated
there is NO documentation that has ever been received by the Town of Falmouth
from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.

Quote from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Press Release:

“We are grateful for this continued collaboration and for the state’s
steadfast support of the Town of Falmouth’s businesslike operation of our
important wind facilities,” said Brent Putnam, chair of the Falmouth Board of
Selectmen. “While this does not fully address all of the financial pressures on
wind energy in Falmouth, it makes an extraordinary step in stabilizing our wind
energy operations.”

“The action of the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center to grant the Town of
Falmouth financial assistance is a recognition of the ongoing strong partnership
with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the development of wind energy and
other renewable energy facilities in Falmouth,” said Falmouth Town Manager
Julian M. Suso.

Town of Falmouth Spokesman  April 2, 2014 - Hello,

"I have not yet received any contract document from the MassCEC as
a result of their voted Board action of the past week.  I do expect some
paperwork in the near future but no representation has been made as to when this
will occur; upon its receipt, as a matter of routine, it will be reviewed in
advance by Town Counsel."

To
further complicate the ongoing story the Cape Cod Times printed their version of
the story:

The
$1.8 million includes a one-time $500,000 donation to the town's wind turbine
reserve account. However, MassCEC's donation depends on voters approving a
$300,000 contribution to the fund at a town meeting April
7
