All three defendants in the Massachusetts Probation Corruption Trial have been found guilty. The three people were found guilty of federal racketeering, racketeering conspiracy and mail fraud.
This is the first of two trials. If any of the defendants are found guilty in the first trial then a second larger trial takes place.

There are major question over the installation of commercial wind turbines in twenty one Massachusetts communities.
Massachusetts departments have been following a policy of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020.
Massachusetts citizens living near the turbines have been made second class citizens. The wind turbines cause health issues over lack of sleep from the poor placement of the turbines.
The second trial will feature convicted ex speaker of the House of Representatives & author of the Green Communities Act Sal DiMasi. Sal DiMasi is half way through an eight year federal conviction on corruption charges.
The second trial centers around hiring practices at the Massachusetts Probation Department.The hiring practices now lead to other departments in Massachusetts.
The list of people scheduled for the trial reads like the who's who in Massachusetts politics today.
The FBI is the agency leading the charge in of investigations. They use informants and tips to gather evidence. Over 80 percent of those charged in public corruption are convicted.
The specific federal charges relate to kickbacks, racketeering, as well as mail fraud, wire fraud, and tax fraud.
