Falmouth Wind Turbines Who Is Going To Jail ?
RICO Act Applies To 1.8 Million Wind Turbine Deal
Massachusetts officials and town officials acting with the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is not acting on behalf of all the citizens of Massachusetts. Taking renewable energy tax money from residential and commercial electric rate payers to pay for illegal wind turbines improperly sited in Falmouth is not the intent of renewable energy programs in Massachusetts.

Mayors, council members, county executives, judges, state representatives and senators have been convicted under the RICO act. Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act.
The criminal statute(s) under which the conviction(s) were obtained are noted, as are the names of notable investigations or scandals, if applicable. If a defendant is convicted of a conspiracy to commit a corruption offense, the substantive offense is listed.
