Martha Coakley Fails Wind Turbine Minority

Attorney General Martha Coakley has a Civil Rights Division which enforces and safeguards Constitutional and statutory civil rights and liberties on behalf of Massachusetts residents. The Division works to protect individual rights of free speech and privacy. Or so you would think so ?

Where has the Attorney General’s Civil Rights Division been for the last four years reviewing and responding to civil rights complaints alleging deprivations of, or interference with, civil rights and civil liberties of the wind turbine victims in Massachusetts ?

For the last four years in towns like Falmouth, Fairhaven and the state of Massachusetts has created a second class group of citizens known as the "wind turbine victims." The Massachusetts constitution forbids the creation of second class citizens.

The victims still endure several types of noise from the wind turbines, one of which is state regulatory noise regulations. State officials including Martha Coakley have chosen to ignore the state laws and promote the idea residential wind turbine victims should give up their health and property rights with NO compensation for the majority.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center a semi quasi state agency with no legislative or judicial oversight over the years has indoctrinated the general public into believing residents need to lose constitutional rights to help the majority of residents. Today they are offering the Town of Falmouth 1.8 million to pay the town litigation

The Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform calls for an all out war on fossil fuels. Lockstep Democrats like Governor Patrick (D) and Attorney General Martha Coakley (D)  are well aware of the complaints of the residents being tortured by the wind turbines. When was the last time you saw gubernatorial candidate Martha Coakley standing next to a wind turbine ?

Martha Coakley is well versed in litigation and understands 42 U.S.C. 1983 Civil action for deprivation of rights yet chooses to ignore the wind turbine victims.

Today every wind turbine in Massachusetts goes up with a fight and then attorneys filing litigation for noise and shadow flicker from the giant megawatt turbines like Falmouth and Fairhaven.

Thousands of written certified complaints have been filed in Massachusetts about harmful, low-frequency sound, regulatory infractions and distracting shadows caused by the turbines described by the victims as torture.   Martha Coakley has failed to help place stringent conditions on noise emissions and setback distances from neighboring properties.

The Massachusetts Democratic Party looks at wind turbine victims as collateral damage in their political "Agenda " war on fossil fuels and has principally targeted a minority of residents.  

Where is Martha Coakley on victim rights ?
