    Massachusetts Clean Energy Center Agrees To Pay Falmouth 1.8 Million for poor siting of commercial wind turbines - Falmouth must pay $ 300,000.00.  

The Mass CEC is now deciding in Massachusetts litigation cases that it will pay the litigation fees for the side they feel will further the state renewable energy goal of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy.  

The Mass CEC board has become judge & jury using renewable energy tax money from electric bills to pay for litigation against wind turbines.

 The Mass CEC will not pay the litigation fees for home owners who have filed litigation to shut down the turbines over health, noise and shadow flicker issues.   

Here is a portion of a press release from the Mass CEC stating they will pay for the Town of Falmouth litigation fees :     "With this funding, MassCEC seeks to help the town recover costs associated with project curtailment. To date the town has incurred unexpected costs resulting from community concerns, voluntary reductions in operation due to unanticipated sound levels and related litigation."
