Mass Democratic Party A Criminal Enterprise ?

Do you think the Massachusetts Democratic Party is a an organized criminal enterprise ?

The last three speakers of the Massachusetts House were convicted of felonies. Salvatore DiMasi, Tomas Finneran and  Charles Flaherty were all Democrats.

Sal DiMasi is still in a federal jail today.

Today the trial of the Massachusetts Probation Department continues on since May 5, 2014.

U.S. District Court Judge William Young has divided the case into two trials. If any of the defendants are found guilty in the first trial a second trial will begin.

A list of defense witnesses in the probation trial include past judges, current and former legislators including past and present law enforcement officials.

A second trial resulting from guilty convictions from the first trial will be a historic corruption trial in Massachusetts just prior to the November elections. The defendants in this trial would include a list of whose who in the Massachusetts Democratic Party.

In November of 2007 the Green Communities Act (GCA) was unveiled by Governor Deval Patrick, Senate President Therese Murray and House Speaker Sal DiMasi.

Ex convicted Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives Sal DiMasi help write the Green Communities Act that was signed into law in 2008. Sal DiMasi still has 3 years left on his federal conviction for corruption.

We do know today that the Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform calls for an all out war on fossil fuels and they are going to fight that war just as if it is a real war.

Since 2008 and the Green Communities Act Massachusetts has created a second class group of citizens in Falmouth, Fairhaven and nineteen other communities living around commercial wind turbines. The commercial wind turbines are being installed in residential backyards to reach a renewable energy agenda of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020.

The goal of the Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform has created the collateral damage of countless Massachusetts families who are being ignored.

Attorney General Martha Coakley is the chief lawyer and law enforcement officer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts protecting civil rights. Where has she been ?

The news media is in part to blame for their lack of investigative journalism and support for a renewable energy goal that is hurting the very residents it's supposed to protect. Time after time state press releases are reproduced to the public as if they were real news stories. The editors, owners and reporters in the news media have known for far too long what's really going on yet keep reporting only affirmative news about renewable energy ignoring the wind turbine victims who describe the noise as torture.

In this "Agenda" the wind turbine victims health and property rights have to be taken for the "greater good"

A massive federal corruption trial into Massachusetts politics and state agencies that supplied siting studies that excluded negative information is warranted.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center has admitted it made mistakes placing commercial megawatt turbines Ad Hoc prior to 2013. The Mass CEC now looks at setbacks of 2000 feet.

It's clear that Governor Patrick and the Executive Office conducted noise studies and appointed wind turbine advocates to report on noise from commercial wind turbines. The study group never interviewed any of wind turbine victims.

The Massachusetts Department of Health has never taken action as well as the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
