In August of 2007 the former state representative wrote an editorial to the Cape Cod Times. For all of these reasons, I urge you to grant this project permission to be built. Falmouth has catastrophic health issues and a financial fiasco over the commercial megawatt turbines.   Matthew C. Patrick, D-Falmouth, was a state representative in the 3rd Barnstable District. Matt Patrick has announced he will be running for the Massachusetts State Senate.   Folks, NIMBY used to mean Not In MY Back Yard with wind turbines today it means Next It May Be You.   Do you want what happened in Falmouth to happen all over Massachusetts with the poor placement of commercial wind turbines ?
