News Media Fails Wind Turbine Victims Massachusetts

News Media Censorship over Commercial Wind Turbines- Massachusetts     The Massachusetts news media is trading liberal bias for investigative journalism over the poor placement of commercial wind turbines. The news media has become part of the Massachusetts green energy agenda for 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020. This agenda includes taking the health and property rights of a minority of citizens   Commercial wind turbine placement today in Massachusetts looks like human experimentation violating the Nuremberg code.   Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and health agencies are violating the Civil Rights Act of 1871. These state and local agencies are working to achieve a renewable energy goal that strips the health ,welfare and constitutional rights of residential home owners for the state renewable energy agenda. The state and agencies are ignoring laws and regulations to achieve the agenda.   The following three facts won't be found in the Massachusetts news media. It's a fact that the wind industry and Massachusetts officials have known since 2004 about the two types of noise from wind turbines. The medical science is here. The noise issue with wind turbines is political and the news media won't report it.     1. In 2005 Massachusetts officials always knew about two different types of wind turbine noise Page 14 Mattapoisett wind test study - this section eliminated prior to Falmouth Wind 1 Installation Noise ... Noise considerations generally take two forms, state regulatory compliance and nuisance levels at nearby residences:

A. Regulatory compliance: Massachusetts state regulations do not allow a rise of 10 dB or greater above background levels at a property boundary (Massachusetts Air Pollution Control Regulations, Regulation 310 CMR 7.10). This sound level is very unlikely to be a reached incase at the sites we examined.

B. Human annoyance: Aside from Massachusetts regulations, residences must also be taken into consideration. Any eventual turbine would be sited such that it would be inaudible or minimally audible at the nearest residences. At this stage, to check for “fatal flaws,” a rule of thumb can be used: to minimize possible noise impacts, site wind turbines at least three times the blade tip height from residences. Distances from mixed-use areas may be somewhat shorter.   http://www.yumpu.com/en/document/view/15538111/tri-town-orr-preliminary-site-analysis
