Town Counsel and Board of Selectman representative Moffet agree to re-implement the 12 hrs On/12hrs Off operating plan beginning tomorrow.
.....Judge Muse's opening statement, directed at Town Counsel Duffy's argument of Statutory exemption, didn't hold water. The Judge strongly urged all parties involved to be sensitive towards the other. He recessed the court and directed all parties to "talk", hoping the time-out discussion would forge an agreeable interim solution. Ms. Moffet and Mr. Duffy are to be applauded for being so conciliatory and willing to compromise. But as the pensive Judge remarked of the progress at the end of the hearing - "we've only just begun."
