The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center within the last seven business days made an offer that effects Article 25.

A third party was not involved in Article 25 at the times the articled closed. The Article 25 needs study and "Due Diligence" before taking a vote.

The Falmouth Finance committee and Select Board recommend Article 25. Had the Fin Comm known all along Article 25 requires a third party contract change and a requirement the turbines run 72 hours a week? What about giving up home rule and your current form of town meeting ?

Falmouth residents have been taught the myth that their democracy is safeguarded by an independent press. Folks a large news paper on Cape Cod reported on Article 25 and the wind turbine 1.8 million dollar deal from the Mass Clean Energy Center. The story left out any investigative journalism and just poorly reproduced a press release from the Mass Clean Energy Center.

The Mass CEC is the state agency that sold you the out of compliance wind turbines.

Falmouth officials have long mastered the art of manipulating the major media and your all paying for it. Your local news media outlets have become the handmaidens of a single party government.

Massachusetts has a political culture where politicians and the news media lie to you constantly and you are morons if you believe anything they say.

Falmouth Town Meeting Members should hold the Select Board in contempt for the manipulation of Article 25.

There are many unanswered questions: Why were the negotiations not known about until days before Town Meeting , giving up "Home Rule", mandatory operation of the turbines 72 hours a week with stiff fines, inability for the town to produce any documentation between the Mass CEC and the town.

The Falmouth Town Meeting can not legally take action on Article 25 as it is not valid unless the third party contract subject was listed on the warrant.
