Wind Turbine Letter To The Editor

Recent Letters To The Editor Over Wind Turbine Litigation At Your Expense

A Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Christopher J. Muse has ordered Falmouth to operate its wind turbines at the Wastewater Treatment Facility for 12 hours per day except shut down 24 hours on Sundays.

The turbines are a nuisance. It's a fact of life.

The Town of Falmouth is using taxpayer funds for a second lawsuit against its own Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals over the wind turbines. The town lost the first case and will certainly lose the second case.

The Town of Falmouth has lost track of basic human rights and taxpayer funds.

The Falmouth Select Board has gone back and fourth on the wind turbine issues like a ping pong ball. One Select person who advocated on Town Meeting floor for 24/7 operation of the wind turbines turned around in Massachusetts Superior Court and negotiated a 7 AM to 7 PM shut down of the wind turbines.

The bizarre behavior of Select Board Members stinks of outside influence of state officials from the executive branch of government with only one goal : 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020 at any cost to local residents health and property rights.

Falmouth has lost control of its own destiny.

May 20, 2014 there will be new Select Board members elected.

The Friends of Falmouth Wind a group of seven founding group members are keeping their identities private. The group appears to be active in and throughout local town government. The group appears to be a clandestine group of politicians and board members around Cape Cod in favor of commercial wind turbines. A government within a government.

Letters are being addressed to local newspapers in anticipation of the town losing the second lawsuit against its own Zoning Board of Appeals over the wind turbines. The most recent letter asks that when the town loses the next court case that the Town of Falmouth appeal the lawsuit again and again.

Obfuscation is the best word for what the letter asks for.

The Friends of Falmouth Wind, seven original anonymous members, have hand picked the candidate they want on the Select Board to suit their "Agenda."

A continuation of the wind turbine "Agenda" is going to tax residential property owners into higher tax brackets.

Folks, There are around 200 residential homes around the wind turbines. It's been four years.

The Massachusetts Superior Court has found the turbines a nuisance. The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has found the wind turbines out of regulatory noise compliance.

Please don't vote for a Select Board Member that wants to keep going back to court and suing itself.

For the sake of humanity it's time to stop what the neighbors describe as wind turbine torture.
