Falmouth Town Counsel admits turbines hurt people ! The Town of Falmouth scored another major loss this week when the Zoning Board of Appeals agreed again that Falmouth's municipal turbines are a nuisance to residents. Up to 200 homes could be considered within range of the turbines. The original wind study for Wind 1 refers to 99 homes and the streets that could be effected. The Gulag in Falmouth is closing down as the people in the Black Robes at the Massachusetts Supreme Court start to release the victims of Falmouth of three long years of noise, lack of sleep and torment from local residents calling the wind victims liars and actually having local doctors sign letters ,publish them against the victims. Pray for the victims and for the people who inflicted the pain . Remember Nelson Mandela - have mercy on the guards http://www.capecodonline.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20131207/NEWS/312070319/-1/NEWS01

I have observed that town counsels have chosen up to this point to be a part of the problem rather than contributing to any meaningful solution. Surely they are aware of Mass General Law Chapter 111 as well as private property rights guaranteed to us ALL under the Massachusetts State Constitution...YET they put their choose the dark side of their profession that give lawyers a bad rap; and that is to consistently find legal loopholes and manipulations intended to defer justice in order to protect the financial interests of their client (the town) when they know, or should know full well there are residents whose due process and rights have been trampled on. Sickening... Most towns have a code of conduct for all employees and elected officials that states the welfare of the residents is to take priority at all times in all decisions. Unfortunately that notion too has been twisted to be all about the $$$$$$$$$$$ denying common human decency. Yes Nelson Mandela would surely cheer the recent decisions that support the rights of those who have been marginalized and yes, for some, tortured to varying degrees. Sleep deprivation IS torture.
