$1,000 Bail for Alleged Falmouth Shoplifter
Amber Wayman, 29, of Homestead Lane pleaded not guilty to charges including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a whipped cream can), shoplifting and disorderly conduct, the Cape Cod Times reports.
An East Falmouth woman accused by a Stop & Shop manager of habitually shoplifting food and huffing gas from whipped-cream cans was arrested Jan. 5 after allegedly hurling one of the cans at the grocery store manager when he tried to stop her, according to a report in the Cape Cod Times.
Amber Wayman, 29, of Homestead Lane pleaded not guilty Jan. 23 to charges including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a whipped cream can), shoplifting and disorderly conduct and was ordered held on $1,000 bail, the Times reports in Police: Woman shoved market manager after inhaling whipped cream gas.
