2 Arrested, Loot from Store Break-Ins Seized, Falmouth Police Say

Both are accused of stealing high-end wristwatches and rare currency in store break-ins and one of the two also faces a drug charge, police said. Arrest information from the Falmouth Police Department does not indicate convictions.

Falmouth police say they arrested two men Wednesday and recovered expensive watches and other loot stolen in recent break-ins at local stores, according to a press release from Capt. Douglas DeCosta:

On September 4, 2013 the Falmouth Police Detective Bureau developed information that an individual was selling high-end wrist watches and rare currency. 

An investigation led to the arrest of Brandon Patterson (age 26) of Falmouth and Ronny Patterson-Herndon (age 26) of Falmouth.

The wrist watches seized during the investigation were positively identified as being stolen from Hannoush Jewelers and the rare currency was positively identified as being stolen from Falmouth Stamp & Coin during recent breaking & entering incidents. 

Mr. Patterson was charged with two counts of Breaking & Entering, two counts of Larceny over $250, and two counts of Malicious Destruction.

Mr. Patterson-Herndon was charged with Receiving Stolen Property—over $250 and Illegal Possession of Class A (Suboxone). 

Both men were being held on $2,500 bail apiece with their arraignment scheduled for Thursday, according to police.
