Falmouth Police Log: OUI, 2nd Offense and 13 Other Arrests

Recent arrests in Falmouth, according to daily logs released by the Falmouth Police Department:

At 10:46 a.m. Friday on Haddon Avenue,  Bernice Briggs, 48, was taken into custody on a warrant.

At 2:06 a.m. Saturday, a reported disturbance on Ellsworth Drive resulted in the arrest of Elizabeth A. Spooner, 52, on suspicion of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday, a report of a disabled motor vehicle at Route 151 and Ashumet Road led to the arrest of Jamie Sullivan, 20, on suspicion of possessing a class B drug and possessing an ounce or less of marijuana.

A motor vehicle stop at Davisville Road and Marlin Drive at 12:45 a.m. Sunday led to the arrest of Christopher James Aiken, 25, on a warrant.

A report of an intoxicated person on Jones Road just before 4 p.m. Sunday resulted in 47-year-old Christine Gardner's being placed in protective custody.

At about 11:30 p.m. Sunday and again just before noon Monday, 62-year-old Dale Patrick Fader was taken into protective custody after he was reported as an intoxicated person on Main Street.

At about 6:30 p.m. Monday, a report of larceny on English Street led to the arrest of Alexander Tourles, 24, on suspicion of 
larceny from a building,
credit card larceny and improper use of a credit card for an amount greater than $250.

A few minutes after 9 p.m. Monday on Teaticket Highway, police arrested 22-year-old Scott Christian Wallace on four warrants.

A motor vehicle stop at Route 28 north and Route 151 just before 10:40 p.m. Monday resulted in the arrest of Eric Hans Frei, 45, on suspicion of a marked lanes violation and OUI, second offense.

After a report of an intoxicated person on East Falmouth Highway shortly after 2 a.m. Tuesday, Cassandra Gomes was placed in protective custody.

A few minutes after 9 a.m. Wednesday, a report of a suspicious person on Palmer Avenue led to the arrest of Brendin William Akusis, 25, of East Wareham. He faces charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime for a felony, larceny from a building and maliciously damaging real or personal property.

A domestic disturbance report on Bacon Farm Road just after 6:20 p.m. Wednesday led to the arrest of Roderik Eric Blackwell, 20, who faces two counts of simple assault and battery and one of maliciously damaging real or personal property.

A vehicle stop on Trotting Park Road around 7:10 Thursday morning resulted in the arrest of Sherman C. Schuck, 46, on an outstanding warrant. He also faces charges of operating a vehicle without a license and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
