Assault Suspect Arraigned in Falmouth

Dana S. Cusolito of East Falmouth allegedly became violent when an elderly neighbor tried to serve him with a no-trespassing order, the Cape Cod Times reports. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

A 50-year-old East Falmouth man arrested Monday was arraigned in Falmouth District Court that afternoon on a charge of assault and battery on a person over 60, reports the Cape Cod Times.

According to the report, Dana S. Cusolito is accused of becoming violent when an elderly neighbor tried to serve him with a no-trespassing order at her home.

She complained to police that Cusolito "slammed" her arm, the newspaper reports.

Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
