Assault to Murder Alleged in Arrest of Falmouth Man, 20

Arrest information from the Falmouth Police Department does not indicate a conviction.

A 20-year-old Falmouth man was arrested shortly before 1 a.m. Friday following a report of a disturbance on Sandwich Road, according to Falmouth police.

Vincent James Carlino was jailed on suspicion of domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, obstruction of justice, intimidating a witness, assault to murder, threatening to commit murder, maliciously injuring real or personal property and kidnapping, police said Friday.

Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
