Attempted Murder Charges Against Falmouth Man Thrown Out

Attempted murder charges against Tiquwan Dickerson were dropped Thursday because the victim refused to cooperate.

Falmouth police arrested Dickerson, 23, in February for his alleged involvement in a February shooting at 19 Lakewood Drive, according to the Cape Cod Times.

Police alleged Dickerson and David Landry, 24, of Mashpee shot the victim in the leg, abdomen and arm during an argument over $200 thousand of heroin.

Dickerson still faces charges for carrying a firearm without a license; that charge comes from a traffic stop in October 2011.
