Bomb/Hijack Threat Alleged in Falmouth Man's Arrest

Edward Franklin Graham, 68, faces charges of threatening to commit a crime and making a bomb/hijack threat, police said.

A 68-year-old Falmouth man was arrested Thursday morning after allegedly making threats at Town Hall, according to a log released by the Falmouth Police Department.
