PARKER, IVAN D., 18, 4 Fletcher Lane, East Falmouth; breaking and entering during nighttime for a felony, burning personal property, improper use of a credit card over $250, larceny over $250 by a single scheme, forgery of a document. Pretrial hearing Dec. 10.
