Falmouth Arrests for Monday, Aug. 19

A Falmouth man allegedly assaulted an elder; an East Falmouth driver was speeding with a revoked license. For more police, fire and court news, please see our Police & Fire page.

A Seacoast Shores Boulevard man was arrested Monday morning on Pershing Drive: Dana S. Cusolito, 48, was taken into custody on suspicion of assault and battery on a victim over 60, according to log entries released by the Falmouth Police Department.


Shortly after 9:15 p.m., a 38-year-old East Falmouth man was arrested after a vehicle stop on Menauhant Road. Police said John B. Cardoza was speeding despite the fact that he was not legally licensed to drive at all. He faces charges of speeding, driving with a suspended or revoked license and committing a subsequent offense after having had his license revoked or suspended.

Arrest information from the Falmouth Police Department does not indicate convictions.
