Falmouth Officials Select Superintendent Finalists

Falmouth Public Schools selected four finalists out of 29 applicants for the Superintendent position.

 

The Superintendent Screening Committee chose Bonny Gifford, Laurie Halt, Mark Wilson and Steven Hiersche as the four finalists following interviews, according to the Bulletin.

Gifford is currently the Assistant Superintendent of Nauset Public Schools. Halt has worked as an Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction for Martha’s Vineyard Schools. Wilson is currently the principal of Knox Trail Junior High School in Spencer, MA. Hiersche has held Superintendent positions for Hopkinton Public Schools, Framingham Public Schools, Watertown Public Schools, and Plymouth Public Schools.

The Superintendent Screening Commitee will interview the finalists at a public session Monday at 5:15 p.m. at the School Administration Building.
