Falmouth Police: 3 Nabbed with Stolen Cash

Marcus Howes, 45, and Craig Florence, 22 of Falmouth and 30-year-old Christopher Sullivan of Hyannis allegedly stole a store's cash register and broke into cars at the senior center, police said. Arrest information does not indicate convictions.

Three Cape Cod men, one of whom was wanted on two warrants, face multiple charges including unarmed robbery and breaking and entering after police arrested them Tuesday afternoon, according to this press release from the Falmouth Police Department:

"Yesterday at approximately 12:01 pm FPD Officers interacted with 3 men who were acting suspiciously in the area of Cash Point (second hand dealer) on Teaticket Highway. 

At approximately 1:05 pm there was an unarmed robbery at Amber Waves on Dillingham Avenue wherein the suspects fled with a cash register.

A description of the vehicle that they fled in (Green Honda Accord) was immediately issued, and FPD Officers stopped it in the area of the Coonamesset Inn on Gifford Street. 

The three occupants of the vehicle were arrested, and evidence was recovered from the vehicle.

The suspects were identified as Christopher Sullivan (30/ M/ Hyannis), Marcus Howes (46/M/Falmouth), and Craig Florence (22/M/Falmouth). 

It was later learned that in the interim between the two above mentioned incidents, the suspects were also witnessed breaking into vehicles at the Falmouth Senior Center on Dillingham Avenue. 

The three are being charged with Unarmed Robbery, Larceny over $250, Maliciously Injuring Real or Personal Property, and B&E to a Vehicle. Additionally, Sullivan had 2 outstanding arrest warrants which included charges of Operating with a Suspended License, Number Plate Violation, 2 counts Uttering False Checks, 2 counts Larceny over $250, and 2 counts Conspiracy."
