Falmouth Police Arrest 2 for OUI

A motor vehicle crash the afternoon of Dec. 20 resulted in the rest of a Burlington man on suspicion of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI liquor, second offense, according to logs released by Falmouth police. Walter R. Macarthy, 63, was arrested at around 2 p.m. after the collision at Maravista and Menauhant, police said.

A 47-year-old Teaticket man was arrested the night of Dec. 20 on suspicion of OUI liquor. Bruce Hathaway was taken into custody on Crystal Spring Avenue, police said.
