Falmouth Police: Driver was OUI Again

A New Bedford driver was taken into custody in Falmouth early Wednesday morning in what police said was her third arrest for operating under the influence.

A 53-year-old New Bedford motorist was arrested on Homestead Lane early Wednesday morning on suspicion of what police said was her third OUI.

Brenda A. Fonseca faces charges including a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI liquor/third offense and committing an OUI- related offense while her license was suspended for an OUI-related offense.
