Falmouth Police: Driver Was OUI for 2nd Time

Arrest information from the Falmouth Police Department does not indicate convictions.


A motor vehicle stop on Old Barnstable Road around 9:30 a.m. Friday resulted in the arrest of 43-year-old William K. O'Keefe, Jr. of East Falmouth.

According to Falmouth police, O'Keefe was taken into custody on two arrest warrants and faces new charges of:

  • failing to stop for police;
  • OUI liquor second offense;
  • negligent operation of a motor vehicle;
  • possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle;
  • committing an OUI-related offense with a license suspension for an OUI offense;
  • operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended or revoked for OUI.
