Falmouth Police Log: 2 Arrests Thursday, 3 Friday

Falmouth police arrested five people, aged 17 to 52, in separate incidents on Thursday and Friday, according to log entries released by the Falmouth Police Department:

At 3:15 p.m. Thursday, police making a check on the welfare of a person on Sandwich Road arrested Scott Christian Wallace, 22, of East Falmouth on suspicion of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

At 8:30 p.m. Thursday, a reported assault on Homestead Lane resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old juvenile on suspicion of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, unarmed robbery and simple assault and battery.

Friday just before 12:30 a.m., a motor vehicle stop at Sherwood Drive and Suncrest Drive resulted in the arrest of Charles E. Quintal, 32, of Pocasset on two warrants.

At 1 a.m. Friday, a report of an intoxicated person on Walker Street resulted in the arrest of Jeffery W. Fumarola, 52, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., who was placed in protective custody.

At about 1:10 a.m. Friday on Pitch Pine Lane, police arrested Adam L. Perry, 35, on suspicion of assault and battery with an active vacate or restraining order and violating an abuse prevention order.
